Public Comment
Approval of the meeting minutes from the March 19^th, 2026, Commission Meeting. (vote required)
Budget overview –
1. Overview and discussion of FY 2026 budget.
2. Upcoming May 11^th SRMCB certification of FY2027 District budget.
3. Employee hiring update – Administrative Assistant and Contract Seasonal Surveillance Technician
4. Human Resources answer to question about 10-hour holiday pay for employees working on a compressed work week.
5. COLA survey of District municipality DPW’s.
6. Year-end performance reviews of employees.
Field work overview
1. Discussion of the survey results from Conservation Commissions regarding the idea of collecting data on resident disposal of dog poop bags into waterways/culverts.
Updates on status of any pending legislative bills related to Mosquito Control
Update and discussion of the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs Information Technology (EOEEA IT) and Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) migration process.
Next meeting date. Already set for May 20^th at 1:00pm for in-person meeting with associated field site visit.
